As an airline pilot and elite age group triathlete, I have found Joe’s strength and conditioning programs to be an integral part of my basic week training structure. I quite often go straight from swimming, biking and running to sitting in a cockpit for hours as I fly to Europe or Asia. Years of doing this had created a weakened core and limited flexibility. My twice-weekly sessions have done wonders in strengthening me from the inside out and doubling my range of motion. All of these are, of course, free speed, but most importantly are critical in my wellness in that it has dramatically reduced my risk of injury during training. Joe’s sessions are quite enjoyable and have become a staple in my year around training!
