My sport of Triathalon requires three disciplines; swim, bike and run. Training and racing in each discipline puts a huge toll on my entire body and requires that I take good care of it. While my ability has not changed much over the years, I have noticed a weakness in my core strength, muscle stability and joint mobility. If I wish to continue training and racing at the level I have become accustomed to, there is no doubt I needed to establish a regular core strength training program. I joined Joe’s strength training classes to focus on these aspects, and after 6 weeks of classes, I am finding an improvement in my core strength, balance, and posture!
